Bundles For Me Too (B4M2) Brand Ambassador Terms and Conditions

This brand ambassador agreement is made effective as of (date) and between Bundles For Me Too (B4M2) and (Ambassador Name) (Brand Ambassador)

Terms and Conditions of Brand Ambassador Agreement:

If your application is accepted to be part of the Bundles For Me Too Brand Ambassador program, the expectation is that you will post photos and videos, on you desired social media platform(s), with a minimum of three (3) post per month, with Bundles For Me Too products displayed clearly on your personal and/or business, social media networks.

If you are accepted to be part of the Bundles For Me Too Brand Ambassador program, you will be required to sign a release to grant permission to the rights to use your image, likeness and voice as recorded on audio or video tape without payment or any consideration of any kind. Your content may be edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed by Bundles For Me Too or agents of Bundles For Me Too choosing, and you will waive the right to inspect or approve product wherein you image/content/likeness etc., or related to the use of our image or content.

After application approval, by accepting a position in the Bundle For Me Too Brand Ambassador program, I am confirming and/or agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

As a Brand Ambassador, I understand and agree to the following:

1A.) I have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

1B.) I am not an employee, agent, franchisee, joint venture, or partner of Bundles For Me Too. I cannot act on behalf of Bundles For Me Too. I do not have any authority to incur, debt, obligation or liability on behalf of Bundles For Me Too.

1C.) I will share Bundles For Me Too brand messages on my social media networks/platforms.

1D.) I will receive new Bundles For Me Too products, in their discretion, and model them to be used as product video and/or images.

1E.) I will share content on my social media using Bundles For Me Too brand hashtags: #B4M2 #bundlesformetoo #hairbabe

2.) I agree that, in the sole discretion of Bundles For Me Too, I will receive specific Bundles For Me Too products of their choosing for my image and videos used for online content; including shared contents on my social media platforms/networks. I will not receive any cash value or any compensation whatsoever for images/videos posted by me. When given the products by Bundles For Me Too, Bundles For Me Too will continue to own the rights to use any image or otherwise developed content by the Brand Ambassador for Bundles For Me Too’s marketing or website content in their sole discretion.

3.) I understand that I will not receive monetary compensation, gift cards or otherwise by Bundles For Me Too for the use of images or videos created by Brand Ambassador used on the Bundles For Me Too’s social media networks.

4.) I will not sell Bundles For Me Too products on unauthorized websites on the internet or in retail establishments. I will protect Bundles For Me Too’s trademark and goodwill by not reproducing Bundles For Me Too’s name/trademark or any Bundles For Me Too products for use in advertising without the written approval from Bundles For Me Too.

5.) I will promote Bundles For Me Too products on my social media platforms/networks by posting appropriate photos and/or videos showcasing Bundle For Me Too products. I will contact Bundles For Me Too if I have questions about what is appropriate content if needed. I will not receive any financial or other compensation whatsoever for Bundles For Me Too product promotion through my social media platforms/networks.

6.) I will post as often as I would like on my social media platforms/networks and a minimum of three (3) times per month and tag #bundlesformetoo #b4m2 #hairbabe in each post that relates to our hair company of Bundles For Me Too. I understand that I have permission and I am encouraged to repost an existing social media post by Bundles For Me Too.

7.) I will conduct myself in a manner that reflects the highest standard of integrity and responsibility in keeping with the reputation of Bundles For Me Too. If I do not uphold these standards, I will be immediately removed from the Bundles For Me Too Brand Ambassador program and forfeit any unused Bundles For Me Too products immediately.

8.) If I choose to leave the Bundles For Me Too Brand Ambassador program, any photos, videos, etc. sent to Bundles For Me Too or posted on my social media networks/platforms will remain in their database to use on their social media platforms, websites and marketing campaigns at their own discretion

9.) I must be an active Bundles For Me Too Brand Ambassador to remain in the program. “Active” pertains to posting content at least three (3) times per month which includes at least one pre-approved Bundles For Me Too hashtag.

10.) I agree that Bundles For Me Too reserves the right to cancel this agreement at any time.

11.) I agree that Bundles For Me Too’s privacy policy and I have read these terms,

Bundles For Me Too (B4M2) understands and agrees:

1.) Bundles For Me Too will compensate the Brand Ambassador with free Bundles For Me Too products in their own discretion. Once compensated, Bundles For Me Too own the rights to use any images, video, etc., created by Brand Ambassador for campaigns or general marketing purposes even should the Brand Ambassador leave the program.

2.) Bundles For Me Too may provide additional rewards points/product awards/free products to top preforming Brand Ambassador at their discretion.

3.) If Bundles For Me Too terminates the program, Bundles For Me Too must provide two weeks written notice to all Brand Ambassadors prior to termination date.

4.) Bundles For Me Too agrees to adhere to Bundles For Me Too’s privacy policy and terms & conditions.

GENERAL:

1.) Either party may terminate this agreement immediately for cause or without reason upon written notice.

2.) Bundles For Me Too may discontinue the Brand Ambassador Program at any time.

3.) The Brand Ambassador will not be treated as a Bundles For Me Too employee for any reason.

BRAND AMBASSADOR SELECTION CRITERIA:

1.) Quality of content - Brand Ambassador must demonstrate a high quality of existing content on their social media profiles.

2.) Wig/Hair/Beauty content - Brand Ambassadors must already have wig/hair/beauty content on their profiles.

3.) Demonstrates engagement with their social media followers/communities.
